TYPE: Batch Type Atmosphere Furnace, Gas Fired Radiant Tube with enclosed quench. Designed for carburizing, carbon restoration, homogeneous carburizing and clean hardening.

FUEL: Heated by (8) eight vertical single pass radiant tubes. Natural gas fired. Maximum fuel demand 400,000 BTU per hour.
WORK HANDLING: Work is loaded onto trays/baskets (not included).
Which are carried on skid rails in the vestibule and furnace. Trays are moved manually into and out of the furnace.
CONTROLS: Honeywell Electronic Strip Chart Recorder, L & N. Electromax III, mounted in free standing panel. Flow scopes for natural gas / ammonia.
GENERAL: Furnace doors are air operated. Flame curtain at entrance vestibule. Quench tank has propeller type agitation. Entrance vestibule door is manually operated. Furnace gases are re-circulated by natural convection.
